A: Only the removable cover, not the foam. Care instructions say wipe the foam to clean.
submitted byLily - 6 months agoA: NO! The foam will not dry! Over 7 hours (intermittently) in the dryer on high…Still damp. Have no choice but to throw it out. Wish I hadn’t listened to the response that it could be machined washed.

Q: I bought 2 of these pillows and both of them have some small/medium size craters on one side but it is smooth on the other side. Why and is this normal or did I just happen to get 2 bad batches of pillows? I wish I can attach pictures to show!

A: Bamboo sheets and pillowcases are a good option, because they’re breathable and moisture-wicking. They’ll help keep you cool when using the pillow. That’s what I use at home and they work great!

Went through a spate of pillows that would be wonderful at first and then turn into a lumpy bag overnight. This has held up well. Pillow has not felt hot at all, comfortable, and holding shape like the day I bought it. The cover is quite slick, so my pillowcase will slide around some. Might consider adding an allergen cover or dust case to mitigate that.

I seriously dont understand how anyone could give this pillow a bad review. This is hands down the best pillows I’ve ever purchased. I’ve had mine for a little over a year and it still feels brand new. Memory foam hasn’t given in a bit and it’s soooo comfortable.

I have used these for years and idk what i’d do without them! These pillows are the PERFECT pillow. They are not too hard or too soft, not too tall or too skinny. The cover is easy to wash and maintain too, they beat all the expensive name brands they sell at mattress stores (ive’d had some of those pillows too)

32” long by 18”? It’s barely 28-29” long! I have their version of this pillow from two year ago (same King size) and it fills out all of my king size pillow cases. This one is has 3-4” of space when put into a king size pillow case!

Wanted to give this pillow a try but after days of airing it out, it still smells quite a bit. It also had really weird indents in the gel foam, I’m not sure if it was supposed to be like this photo or not but it seemed weird and continued to smell so I will be returning it.
