Worked fine for eleven months then malfunctioned. Used the maker only once a day on the average. Maker started dispensing only a third of coffee in the mug at the maximum setting. For what it's worth, I could run the cycle again and get two thirds of a cup from the same pod. Wouldn't recommend this maker. Obviously cheaply made, mediocre quality build & unreliable.

Water tank is not secured to the keurig. The handle doesnt get out of your way to load pod and doesn't snap securely closed. No off switch. This machine is very Cheaply made.

Haven’t even had this Keurig for 6 months and only 2 cups of coffee at the most and now it will not even turn on and get hot to the touch when plugged in. I’ve maintained it properly with descaling even though I have always used purified bottled water. This is safety issue in my opinion, if I had not unplugged it when I did it properly would have melted my counter and itself. 0/10 would not recommend.

Complete broke in 7 months

We got this late last summer. We make 2 to 4 cups a day. Last week it completely broke. It got half way through a cup, and stopped, nothing, no lights no nothing. I checked it out, and the coffee that was there was cold. I tried to reset, start again, and it pumped some more cold water and stopped. NOTHING from then on. We didn't keep the receipt thinking that Target would have my record. We bought it in store so nothing. The one star reviews are true. I usually don't listen to them but my wife really liked this from when she stayed at an Airbnb. Totally and completely horrible product. Stay away from this.

We bought this after our larger Keurig died. It started with about every other cup we tried to make the k-cup would explode and there would be a ton of grounds in the coffee. We returned it and got another one thinking maybe it was just that machine. Nope! Second cup we tried brewing blew up the k-cup and grounds everywhere. We’re returning the second one too.

Just a little footprint; I disposed of a monstr and got a Beauty. After 3+ months of 2 to 3 cups a day, I am very pleased. I have used 3 brands of Kcups and a reusable filter and the coffee is pretty near perfect for all.

Do your research! I bought this because of the cute purple color and the need for a quick coffee machine, but no matter what I do, the coffee tastes awful! Every flavored kcup I get is incredibly bland. All I taste is water with a hint of bitterness! The nice coffee smell is there, but that's it! I've tried so many different brands and flavors only for them all to taste the same. The flavors are so bad that I end up at Dunkins or Starbucks more often than I use the machine. For the price, just buy a better coffee machine

This little Kerri is perfect for me. I like that it has the 12 oz option, my old keurig only went up to 10 and those 2. Oz make a difference! I got the purple one, it adds a pop of color to my kitchen.

After one use, dropped the water reservoir which broke. Replacements aren’t available for this model. Have tried two and both leaked terribly. I can’t recommend this model due to the difficulty in replacing parts. There is a newer version that might be a better option.
