- A: AnswerIt's an "updated" case with new model numbers for each part as well as USB-C instead of lightning, and technically it's better in that it support lossless audio when paired with Apple's Vision Pro headset (coming early 2024), whereas the lightning ones don't. But functionally, they should be more or less identical to the lightning ones except for the details I've listed above.

- A: Answerfind my device is useless for individual pods, lost one on Halloween taking my nieces out it showed last location, couldn't find it wouldn't beep wouldn't update nothing. find my works in your house or the charging case itself. you can purchase the individual pod from apple themselves for 89$ or just buy a new set for 100 more. im buying a set and putting them into my personalized case from apple. buy in person in store because bestbuy like amazon sells open returned trash that people swap out and you get left holding the bag, make sure the security stickers are intact before you purchase\

A: AnswerI was in the same boat. The overall call quality is better than the gen 1. The calls/sounds are more crisp and better base. People who i call cannot tell I am wearing Bluetooth headphones. And the added speaker on the case is nice. It emits a sound when placing on wireless charge pad and you can now locate the case when it falls deep in your sofa. You can also now charge the gen 2 with the same charging puck for your apple watch.Answered by DWAYNE

Don’t Delay on These
These are great! I had held off for so long and am glad I finally decided to purchase. I use them with my laptop and cell phone and have no connectivity issues. The sound quality is excellent, the noice cancelling works very well, and having multiple earpiece options is a major plus. Additionally, the charge on this seems to last forever which is a huge plus. I plug it in maybe every two days? I also really enjoy that while running they stay in your ears and don’t have to worry about them falling out unlike other brands. I did find these for $50 off, however even without that deal, it’s still worth the money.
