1. Measure yourself using the sizing kit. Be sure to size the hand & finger you plan to wear your Oura Ring 4 on daily. Wear a sizer ring for 24 hours & try multiple sizes until you find the perfect fit.
2. When you’ve found your size, go to the “My Account” page on the Oura Ring site.
3. Enter your email address that you used to purchase your Oura Ring 4.
4. You will receive an email from Oura Ring shortly after. Once you receive this email, click “Log In.”
5. This will take you to the “My Account” page on the Oura Ring site.
6. You should see your sizing kit shipment & your Oura Ring 4 purchase. Click “Select Size” next to your Oura Ring 4.
7. Once you select your size, your selection will appear on your account page & be submitted to Oura.
8. You will receive an email from Oura Ring when your Oura Ring 4 ships.
