Does the fork weigh less than a normal one?
Pain does not allow me to hold a normal one.

I can't begin to tell you the difference in my family member's appetite and ability to see the food and feed himself with the adaptive spoon bent at a right angle. It's truly amazing. He suffers with dementia and could not see the food on the family dinnerware and would eat very slowly. All of his eating issues have disappeared. If you have or know of a person struggling with dementia do not hesitate to order this RED place setting for them. What a wonderful kind gesture to do. I just happened to stumble on this item. I just ordered a second set.  God Bless all the people caring for someone with dementia.
