This is exactly what you need for prostate health. The leaf is great for other things, ,but the root is a specific for prostate issues. Been keeping me going for many years. Can't beat the price and potency.

Since I added stinging nettle to my daily regimen, my urinary function has become a little more normal than with just saw palmetto, pumpkin seed oil, and pygeum bark extract. Once a day is good.

I have been using this with Saw Palmetto and Pygeum and it's been a God sent. I used to get up 2-3 times to pee every night but since taking these products it has cut my getting up at nights to pee down to 1-2 times and many times I dont have to get up at all. What a relief. Thanks Swanson.

I have only been taking this supplement for a couple of months, so I haven't given it it enough time to evaluate the effects of this yet. I'm hoping it helps with slight symptoms of BHP. I'm 62 and trying to avoid the issues that come to men my age.

I dont think what I got is really stinging Nettle root. I have orderd Stinging Nettle from another company, and it worked after several months. This product which is suppose to be better , is not working.
