Have not received my order

I order on May 4, 2025 and I never received my order on May 9,2025. I tracked down and ups sent it back to the store. I don’t why. I email macys and not respond yet.

Quality

I loved this purse. I purchased it about 2 months ago. I loved the style. I don’t buy purses for myself often. I got it in black. The stitching between the handle and the purse has came undone on the side with the lock. I don’t think I can fix it and no idea where I could take it to be fixed. It’s still a beautiful purse and I was hoping it lasted longer than it did. Just remember you get what you pay for me. At most I carry a small wallet, lip oil and gum in it.
