Great customer service, provides ample insight, allows you to block viewing of any reports you don't want to see, and allows you to choose if you want to participate in connecting with relatives. It also aligns with current concerns and previous health issues. Definitely recommended for those more interested in the medical value of DNA testing.

Worth it 100%.

My results came in exactly 4 weeks. I'm surprised by the accuracy of the traits and wellness reports. The ancestry results were interesting. I've been told by my grandmothers that their mothers had Native American in them, that didn't show on my report, but still very interesting.

I swish all the results were accessible to the United Stated and that was more clearly advertised before purchasing. The website also needs updated. Seems to not be exact.

Very cool but didn't give the info I wanted.

Ancestry details are worthless. General info that covers the origins of the European human race. I was hoping to learn when my ancestors immigrated to the US and which region of England they emigrated from before coming to the American colonies. Attached are pics of all the ancestry info they provided me.

Instructions are horrible! Before you can get any instructions, you have to scan the QR code (no big deal) then you have to select what type of kit you have, it shows two different pictures, chose one (okay), then it wants the product range (it doesn't tell you what the product range is) but you have 2 choices starter or advance no description Rember you cannot access your instruction yet , then it wants your kit type 3 more choice no description. After you guessed what type and product range you have it will give you instructions, follow the instructions, then you have to register your kit not too difficult, then they will supply you via email an address where you can ship it to. That right there is NO SHIPPING LABEL you have to supply your own, claims its free shipping if you have access to a printer . I do not! I try to contact customer service overseas not a 800 %23, phone %23 is  34 960 090 596 only other way to contact them is thru email they have not responded yet. will be sending this product back

TOO Big of a Hassle

I purchased 2 kits for my parents for Christmas. There was something that had spilled and dried on papers inside. We went ahead and sent saliva samples but due to poor sample quality we were unable to get results. I am currently in the process of getting replacement kits.  It's almost April. Ugh!

Tell when

Sent our kits in on January 3, 2024. Still says that they haven't even received it 😡 seriously bro! Spoiled have spring for Ancestry DNA or 23andme DNA kit!!!! Pay that little extra bit or wait a little extra bit for when you catch one of those (Ancestry/23%26me) on sale

bought it as a late Christmas gift on 12/21 and been waiting on it to ship out, it hasn't, contacted customer service and they said it was confirmed lost in shipment. told me to refund and rebuy not honoring the original sale. refused to resend it to me. gave me a credit. will rebuy and update as ot arrives

never got it

I decided to get this for myself for Christmas. I purchased another name brand product for my dad as well. I was much more impressed with his report and database. He got 100 family hits on day one. I have none. Several of the health, personality, etc were just a joke. I tried to return it right after purchase after researching more and finding out the database was junk but they assured me it has a very large database and comparable to top names. Not at all. Don't waste your money.

Buy a different brand.
