Q: Does the "on" button lock in place to stay on, or do you need to hold it down to keep it going. And are there 2 speeds or just one speed?

Q: Can you really make whipped coffee "dalgona" with this milk frother? I've tried it with a milk frother and it didn't work.

It worked great at first and I loved it…but after a few days it became less powerful and did not work as well. I changed the batteries in case that was the issue, but it didn’t make a difference. I also tried to register the item with the manufacturer for warranty purposes, but no one ever answered (they literally just have a messenger account).

The very first time we used this it stopped working. It just randomly would work at different speeds and then just stop working. The power button was hard to push and half the time the frother wouldn't even turn on. Sometimes it would go super slow and sometimes it would go super fast and sometimes it wouldn't work at all. I used brand new batteries as well.

It was amazing for the first two/three weeks with daily use then got weak. I changed the batteries and realized it was the button. If you hit it just right it works, otherwise it’s very slow. I returned it after a month. The stand is nice and I think if you use it infrequently it’s a fine frother, but I was bummed it felt so faulty within a month. My last frother lasted me many years.
