Wonderful sleeper sofa!
We are delighted with our twin sleeper sofa purchased at the Macy's Silverdale Furniture Store. From the beginning to shop for it, the Customer Service was Top Notch! The Delivery was as Scheduled, and the delivery, could not have been better. Would Highly recommend. In fact, I will be purchasing additional furniture from Silverdale Macys!!!

We recommend it
We bought this “Radley 54-inch Chair Bed” over 5 years ago and it’s still in great shape. The dark blue fabric looks new and as do the cushions & mattress. It serves as a cozy sitting area in our home office, and as a spare bed for our grandson (so it doesn’t get as much use as a living room couch would). We adults have slept in it, too, when one of us is sick and we found the mattress surprisingly comfortable, with no sagging in the middle. As a loveseat, it is very firm to sit on, as all couch/beds probably are. It is comfortable enough for sitting and reading for a while, but it is firmer/stiffer than a regular couch. I’m glad to see that this loveseat/hide-a-bed is still available. It is now priced about $100 higher than we paid 5 years ago but, as a occasional piece of furniture, we recommend it.

Perfect price!
We have several dogs, lots of pre-teens, and lots of friends gracing our furniture on a regular basis. We needed a sofa that was durable, comfortable, pretty, and cheap. We looked at the Radley as a last-ditch option. I can’t believe how much we loved it! The price! The look! THE PRICE! Anyone who complains that it’s too stiff doesn’t understand how furniture shopping works. You can’t expect a couch to feel broken in when you receive it. (Maybe just invite thousands of strangers over and let their kids jump on it?) It is firmer than the floor model, but it feels supportive, not “hard.” And for the price (on sale!), you really can’t beat it. Delivery was also excellent. They delivered on a super rainy day, but the couch remained dry, and my floors remained clean. Don’t hesitate on this one, ESPECIALLY if it’s on sale!

TOO FIRM
I bought the 4 pc Radley after visiting the store to sit on the floor model, which was very comfortable. When my sectional arrived, the first thing I noticed was how hard and uncomfortable the seat cushions were: not just firm, but hard...no give. So, I decided maybe it needed to be "broken in", so I sat on it every day, laid on it, even slept on it, and my 225lb son also laid and slept on it every weekend. 8 months later it's still hard as a rock. Be warned: this sectional is nice to look at but not comfortable to sit or lounge on.

Perfect sectional for my little living room!
I absolutely love my new Radley sectional. It fits perfectly in my small living room. It’s soft yet firm and the color is a very pretty blue. But buyer beware…when they deliver the couch make sure that you check EVERY SINGLE SEAM on the couch. I thought I had checked it when they delivered (I paid extra for Red Star delivery) but the minute my son sat down on the couch the seam on the extended section was not fully finished at the factory. I wouldn’t have accepted delivery if I would’ve seen it. I called customer service immediately after delivery and was asked to send pictures in to some random email. Did that then was told they were having technical difficulties and she’d call me back the next day. That was 2 days ago and have only heard crickets. So buyer beware- check every single inch of your couch and don’t expect help if you have any problems! For the price of this couch and how long I waited for delivery it shouldn’t have seams coming apart within 5 minutes from delivery.

Customer Service Delivery Fail
The actual couch is fine so far, however, we have yet to receive every section. There was a mistake in delivery, and they were unable to deliver a section of the couch. The delivery drivers stated that I would receive a call with an updated delivery of the missing section. I had to call twice and each time I had to describe what section was missing. No one called me to schedule a delivery time until I called again today and had to go through and describe the situation, again. Finally got a delivery time scheduled for the missing section, and I am hopeful that it will be the right piece. I completely understand mistakes happen, but the lack of follow up was disappointing.

Poor Quality
Purchased this couch at full price anticipating a piece of furniture that would last 15+ years like the furniture we had growing up did. Within the first year, the covers started pilling horribly and the back cushions continuously lose their shape and don’t seem to ever go back to the original shape no matter how much you try to roll out the stuffing. All of the cushions are tearing at the seams. Incredibly disappointing to pay a large amount of money for “quality” furniture, only for it to fail quickly.
