My 4 year old grandson loved this. He thought it was cool. He loved all the pieces it came with, and that it was big. He plays with it in front of his little brother and he gets so excited. Just love it

I bought this little truck for my nephew all the way in Toronto Canada. He absolutely loved it. Made very well and durable.

The description lead me to believe this was a large truck.  It's not.  My grandson enjoyed playing with it even though it didn't do much.

Ordered online when it arrived the action figure (Al) was missing, very disappointed since it was a gift for my 3 year old that kept asking where is Al. You can clearly see where it was supposed to be and apparently it got taken away before sending

Good size truck but missing action figure

My son is obsessed with Paw Patrol and was excited about the Big Truck specials. this toy was very disappointing though. The quality seems low compared to other vehicles of this size. The 360 degree swivel is extremely stiff. It's hard for me to operate let alone a child.  Also, the claw arm cant reach the items it's supposed to pick up unless the truck is tilted (not very realistic). And it can only pick up items perpendicular to the truck because the claw itself doesnt rotate.  There is also no sound component. They could have at least included a truck horn noise  Poorly designed, cheaply made, feels even more like a cash grab than usual.

Item on shelf was $4.97 and when I went to pay it was 29.97, employee didn't wanted to call manager and I ended up paying $27 for the item , I asked the employee if she was able to notify manager to move the item to the correct shelf or place the correct price so no other costumer had the same issue and she said no

Poor costumer service

Toy was given to me (grocery pickup) with the action figure missing. It was ripped out of it CLEAR as day. Walmart would not replace the item. It was a birthday gift for a little boy.

Piece missing; no replacement

I didn't receive the Christmas gift I purchased for my child and I didn't receive the refund I was told I would receive within 3 business days.... completely changed the Way I feel about ordering from Walmart
