I just love everything about this product! For one, the two gummies taste great and so easy to take when i go to bed--don't have to down 6 oz of water to swallow a pill! Second, the formulation is quite nice--a decent but not excessive amount of melatonin along with some beautiful botanical ingredients! Magnesium and L-theanine aren't in amounts to do much, but each in higher doses (400 mg and 200 mg, respectively) have their own benefits. I love that there is Camomile and lavender in the formula and none of the nasties!

The only thing that I don’t like at all is that it contains SUGAR! (sugar is sugar no matter what the source: honey, pineapple juice, high fructose corn syrup, cane: all of then are sucrose or fructose) and the metabolic impact is as bad as the most clean source. If only they decide to use alullosa or monk fruit instead of concentrated fruit juice. I don’t want the insulin spike at night and before bed. I will keep purchasing and hopping they reformulate for a healthier option.

These are great. I only take 1 gummy and just when I’ve been slacking in the sleep department. I track my sleep using the Sleep Cycle app and notice when I take 1 I get significantly more time in the Deep Sleep than when I don’t and I feel more rested when I wake up. I don’t sleep longer or feel groggier than when I don’t take one which is really nice. They are not habit forming, I find I don’t always need them nor do I always reach for one. I tend to add into my routine when I’m very stressed or anxious and my sleep isn’t very restful. They make a positive difference and I would recommend to anyone
