A: Technically you could and I have in the bathtub from OG. It is battery operated so cannot submerge the toy but adding a small amount of water could make it more enjoyable.

My daughter loves this spa day toy for her dolls! It’s so well made and the details that were put into it are great! My only suggestion or wish would be for the nail polish bottles to actually open so she could “paint” their nails.

As you probably know, all of the Our Generation outfits and accessories are designed and tested with Our Generation dolls, so they work the best with them. With the salon chair, it is best to use OG dolls that have articulation. That means that the legs bend at the knee. These dolls work beautifully with the Spa Day set. Sincerely, Team Battat

Doll doesn't fit which is a bummer. We first used it with a 12 inch doll but then tried the my generation doll and the legs don't fit into the tub without the dolls behind being up in the air. Maybe we can add a pillow under her behind so it doesn't look so awkward. For $50 it's not worth it my my daughter loved the little pieces so we're going to keep it.

This sounded so cute. My girls would have loved this. But the OG girls do not fit in it, sadly. The girls legs are too long and do not fit in the tub nicely. It is very frustrating for kids. As they're trying to get the girl to fit in the chair, everything else gets knocked off the tray. Very frustrating toy. Do not recommend.

Perhaps your kiddos have non-poseable OG dolls, and that is why their legs won't fit in the tub. They need to use dolls with bendable knees with this particular set to enjoy all of the features. Our Generation dolls do not fit. Doll needs to be poseable. Not worth $50! Would like to return it but daughter seems to make it work and enjoys playing with.

I have no idea why, but I've had to change the batteries on this chair 5 times since Christmas. It's not even the end of January. The kicker: she maybe played with it 10x total- and one of the times i refused to put more batteries in it. She wanted this more than anything at Christmas and now it's become a constant reminder of how disappointing this gift was. I should have just bought an American girl doll and accessories. It's cute, but absolutely not worth the price you pay for it- OR the price it will continue to cost you having to replace the batteries every time they play with it.

This was such a wonderful surprice for my 9 year old daughter's birthday. She loves all things Barbie and this is Spa Day set was a must for her collection. It comes with all the supplies you would find at a real nail salon. Its more of a nail salon set for the spa than an all around Spa set just so you're aware!

I decided to surprise my daughter with this so she can play with her Our Generation dolls. She likes it but within a few minutes the handle that makes the sound like water is running broke off. It is not like I have a young child that broke it… she is 10 and takes very good care of her things. So while this is sometimes fun to play with there are a few issues with the sturdiness of the product especially when I paid $60 for it.
