Got it last week, opened the box, to see that it was scratched. 5 emails, pictures, and a little pleading to just get another one... and all they recommended was a 10% refund back and to keep it. Before i could talk about a refund, the money was already put in account. So, now i have a very noticing scratch down the middle of bag, and got 5.11 cents back. How do i cover that? :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't close I have this in green. While the bag is cure and the crossbody strap is well made, the metal magnetic closure doesn't close for more than a second. Not sure if it's something in the design, but it's annoying walking around with an open crossbody
